When you purchase products from our website, we ask for information like your name, contact number, email address, shipping address, and payment details to complete the order and deliver your goods. You’ll also be required to enter a password for accessing the created account. Your payment details supplied for an online purchase are not stored by us, but simply supplied to our payment gateway and once the payment has concluded the payment details are erased.
When you request for a automated purchase (Autoship) order to be supplied each month or two, we only request the shipping address and the payment details. These payment details are supplied directly to our finance department who will store these securely ready for each months purchase. These details are not available for the other departments within the company.
Event registrations and other form submissions
We record information that you submit when you register your interest in a particular product or event which are advertised periodically, (ii) subscribe to our newsletter or any other mailing list, (iv) participate in contests or respond to surveys, or (v) submit a form to request customer support.
When you authorise us to post testimonials about our products and services on websites, we may include your name in the testimonial.
